Story Time!
I graduated from Washington State University in 1996 (Go Cougs!) and began teaching in Riverside School District in 1997. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching from Whitworth University. I originally taught SOAR, the highly capable program, and then moved to 5th grade for six years. From 2004 - 2020, I enjoyed being the elementary school librarian! I love books, and it was fun to work at both Riverside and Chattaroy Elementary schools and serve all the students, K-5! Additionally, I was the district's highly capable program specialist and SOAR teacher 2013 - 2020. I am delighted to be returning the the 5th grade classroom in fall 2020!
